(i) How can I check the status of my current order?
Once the transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email with your confirmed order information. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852-(company phone number) or support@hoshibi.com. You can also check the status of your order by visiting our website or mobile app, logging in as a member, going to "My Account", clicking on "Order Inquiry" and finding your order number.
(ii) How can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have entered incorrect information when placing an order, please contact us via WhatsApp online chat or email support@hoshibi.com. We will correct the information if your order has not been packed or shipped. Therefore, please make sure that all items and personal information are correct before submitting your order and making payment.

We accept PayMe, FPS, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. If paying by credit card, all product prices on the online store will be settled in Hong Kong dollars and the person placing the order must be the credit card holder.

Verified by VISA and Master Card Secure Code are credit card purchase protection services that allow you to use the relevant password or authentication code when using the above credit cards for online shopping. We do not record your credit card information. Customers must use their valid credit card when making a purchase. Hoshiday reserves the right to cancel any order.

You can enjoy member discounts when shopping on the Starry Night online store or mobile app. Before you check out, you must register and log in to your online account with your mobile number and email. Product discount packages and limited items are not eligible for member discounts, so please see our membership plans or contact us for more information.
(iii) Can I earn Member Points through online shopping or the mobile app?
The amount you pay when placing an order online or through our mobile app will be used to purchase items, including amounts required for the Member Points rewards program and membership upgrades. Applies to Star Day Membership Program benefits.

(v) Can I share my membership account with others?
